This video demonstrates my approach to entering a patient's room, performing hand hygiene, introducing myself, and preparing my instrument before beginning a music session.

This video documents an actual music session provided for my mother-in-law while she was receiving hospice care at home during her final week of life. Family members were present throughout the visit, reflecting the realities of home hospice care. The recording begins just after my verbal introduction, as the camera started recording a few moments late. My introduction and request for permission to play were given in Spanish, my mother-in-law's primary language. During the session, she appeared comfortable and eventually fell asleep. The following day, she told me that she found the music very relaxing. The remainder of the session is unedited.

This video demonstrates a therapeutic music session conducted over Zoom. My wife had recently experienced the loss of her mother and agreed to participate as the recipient for this session. The goal was to provide calming music appropriate for stress, grief, and emotional support while demonstrating professional communication and appropriate use of Zoom for a music session.
